Terms of Service

By using the Flipio app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Flipio AI Service

The service provides automated text generation and photo editing for online listings. The generated texts and estimated prices are only recommendations by the AI. Flipio bears no responsibility for the success of your sales or the absolute accuracy of the estimated market price.

2. Credit System and Subscriptions

Ad generation is charged via one-time credits (1 credit = 1 ad generation) or a monthly subscription (Premium PRO / PRO+). Subscriptions renew automatically. Money for unused credits is non-refundable.

3. FUP (Fair Use Policy)

Premium plans feature an abuse protection bound (FUP) of 150 ads per month for PRO and 250 ads for PRO+. Upon exceeding these limits, generation speed may be temporarily throttled or paused.

4. Banned Content

It is strictly forbidden to use the application to sell illegal items, weapons, drugs, adult content, or anything that violates applicable laws.

5. Changes to Terms

Flipio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. By continuing to use the app after an update, you agree to the new terms.
