1. Operator

The Mendo platform is operated by CMS SupaTrak s.r.o., ID: 28659121, registered at Železárenská 636/4, Hulváky, 709 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic.

2. Service Description

Mendo is a mobile and web platform that uses AI to help users diagnose appliance faults, find verified repairers nearby, and arrange repairs.

3. User Accounts

• Registration required.
• Users must provide truthful information.
• Users are responsible for their account security.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

4. User Types

4.1 Customers

Customers can use AI diagnostics, search for repairers, communicate with them and order repairs.

4.2 Repairers

Registered repairers can accept jobs and offer their services. The repairer is responsible for quality.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Mendo Free is free for customers.
• Mendo+: €2.99/month or €24.99/year.
• Repairers: 6% commission first 90 days, then 10%.
• Escrow-based payment processing.

6. AI Diagnostics

AI diagnostics are indicative only and do not constitute professional assessment.

7. Repair Warranties

Minimum 3-month statutory warranty on repairs. The repairer is responsible for quality.

8. Liability

• Mendo is an intermediary — not liable for damages by repairers.
• Not liable for outages, data loss, or AI inaccuracies.
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

9. Account Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time in app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. EU consumer protection provisions apply.
